My Cajun Buddy came to visit and brought gifts

One of my fellow cancer buddies and his wife have come down from Baton Rouge to visit for a few days. He is also a fellow Egghead.
He brought along dinner and we just put it on to cook.
We plan to put on baked potatoes and corn on the cob it a little while. Having all of this and salad also. Dessert will be Apple pie with Carmel glaze and vanilla ice cream.

WOW! What a treat. The Cajun Stuffed chicken was out of this world. I did not know what I had been missing.
The BGE is certainly introducing me to a whole other world of cooking and eating experiences.
