    I wonder how well the surface was machined. It will probably have a hard time getting a non stick surface. But like @sgh said. Perfect stuff to sear in the egg or cook over open flame with.

    If you coat them with lard and place in an oven at about 200 degrees for a couple of hours and repeat this process several times you'll end up with a good seasoned finish on them.
