A little over a year ago having an egg was a dream that was finally realized when I bought the large. Recently added a minimax. Pics of one of its first cooks. Boneless chicken breasts raised direct at about 375. Life is good and loving the minimax

Congradulations on the new MM. Having two eggs opposed to one makes life much easier. Enjoy the new egg and great looking grub my friend.

I took the opinion of NPHuskerFL who posted in a discussion saying NSF 304 would be a good choice. @NPHuskerFL I say thank you.

Great combo. I love my MM. Since 98% I'm cooking is for my wife and I, the MM gets lots of use. My lump consumption has really gone done despite egging remaining the same. Enjoy.Steven
