First Chili

Used my pulled beef from a chuck roast I did a week ago. Used my 7qt CI on the MBGE with maple wood.
Looked at a lot of different recipes and took parts from a few to make my own. Took to my buddies house for a get together party and All I brought home was a empty lodge!

    No Sir, it would be a bowl of "Red". 
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
