Cool find @nolaegghead .  I go to a lot of estate sales as well, and knives are one of the things I look for.  I just think quality used knives have more character than my matched set.

Found these a few weeks back.  Lady said she had never used them.  They're vintage henkels.

I have the very sister to that pair...mine is missing the closure wire at the end...also mine are hanging on my antique tool display board and has had a rough life but the rust is now just a color.
