OT - Please Pray For Grandpa Pig

We adopted a couple from church to be grandparents to our girls because they had no grandkids and probably won't ever. My daughter hung the name Grandpa Pig on him because he would make pig noises in her ear. Anyway, Grandpa is pretty messed up. He went into the hospital a few days ago with some sort of bowel trouble. Now he's been transferred from Flint to a Detroit hospital and battling gangrene. Doctors are surprised he survived the transfer. Your prayers are much appreciated!

Word came this afternoon that Grandpa Pig has turned the corner and is improving. The gangrene removal surgeries appear successful and the infection seems to be under control. We're ecstatic! Thank everyone for their prayers and good thoughts!Flint, Michigan
