Burger looks fantastic. And the corn is just perfect now isn't it. What a great combo.

@SGH , From what the interwebs say, Michigan Sweet Corn is bi-color.  I'm originally from Ohio, and I'd never heard bi-color corn called that.

I am not sure what sweet field corn is however in Iowa (the corn growing capital of the world field corn is what they use for feed corn for animals-ick... Good Michigan sweet corn doesn't need to even be Cooked let alone buttered, I boil it for 3 minute to blanch it and season to taste. SGH I wish I new a method of getting you some safely through the mail as I would send you a dozen. On second thoughts PM me your address and I will send you a dozen. It's that good, we eat so much in the 5weeks it's fresh that we get sick of it by the end of the season.

GREAT reply! Now if you were just one state over here in IL then with our extremely wet Apr, May and even June the corn stalks look great, but the ears are scant! All fiber and little corn! Want to buy some silage...cheap? LOL

My friend, in my life I have been many things. Scared was never one of them. Win, lose or draw, I still try to hold my own when faced with adversity. But it is my hope that I am amongst friends on here.

My dad plants the sweet bicolor corn. We love it. Throw it on the egg and grill it. Brush with a little butter and sprinkle with some ancho chili powder.

Ha - Sparty got a good thing going. I am just so happy to get B1G TEN football back at a championship level.  The SEC fans were out of control obnoxious for way too long.
