Looks great!!! I did that for the first time a couple days ago and will be doing it again. Yours looks fantastic.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Let me get this straight ... you did a forward sear on chicken breasts ... yes? Damn those look good. That would leave them very moist also. Did I say those look good ... if not ... well, those look good.

@Jeepster47, Yes...that's pretty much what happened.
@dldawes1, I was craving Popeyes. KFC would of been fine. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a Popeyes within 6 hours of where I live and it's about 1.5 hours to a KFC. Not much for fried chicken around here either except the dried out stuff that's been sitting under a heat light for 2hrs at the grocery stores. This worked out well.Steven
