Looks pretty perfect!
Plan for a steak and eggs breakfast two days from now. I always appreciate barbecued steak leftovers with breakfast the most two days later.
Because even if I was nitpicking about how the cook turned out, steaks, especially tenderloins, tastes absolutely glorious for breakfast with eggs. And it will make great lunch sandwiches with some tasty sourdough bread. -
Wow - that looks perfectly cooked. Great job! You're bringing T-Rex back!Ajax, ON Canada(XL BGE, MED BGE, La Caja China #2, and the wife's Napoleon gasser)

Nice work! Beef tenderloin is an expensive cut, but you can't go wrong with it on the Egg.
If you want to do that again but add a few twists, try this recipe from APL:

A few of us around here have tried it, and man is it a winner!"I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike -
That looks incredible. Just curious...did you put the plate setter in at all ir just let the pan act as the indirect piece?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@smokeypitt No place setter. Only the pan. Took about an hour.Dallas
