That is one sexy grilled cheese!    That is on the menu tonight but I will be using a "clean out the meat drawer" assortment of various cheeses.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

that sammich had me smitten too. Made it once with homemade bread and it was phenomenal. I think mine needed more butter though. Yours looks terrific!

    If I understood correctly:
    1) butter the bread
    2) oil the griddle
    3) soak up the oil
    4) once grilled, butter the bread again.
    5) schedule your angioplasty.

I prefer to fry bacon first.  I use the grease instead of oil.

@cazzy try a adult grilled cheese. Butter the bread to toast on the griddle. Put on griddle and cook bacon and tomado and add to the grilled cheese. I sell the heck out of them.

Is it me, or does pic 4 look like Huskers logo?

Sammy looks good. I like mayo on my grilled cheese.

These pics aren't worthy after @Cazzy 's, but my son (13) made these for us on the Blackstone tonight.  His cheese melting game was on!

The burger I made for my neighbor looked better than mine!  That happens when you only focus on one though.  LOL

It seems he really liked it!   B)

Now that you have used the Blackstone a few times, does it live up to what you had hoped? I'm asking about the quality and performance of it. Obviously the food looks great, but is the Blackstone lacking any features or does it under perform from what you expected?
