Regarding that hat Saban wore in that picture. Is that what you have to do at Alabama if you do not win the national championship? Or did he lose a bet? Maybe he passed out and woke up like that? If not, that had to be a mighty secure individual to do something like that, willingly.

Very interested in the GAME this year.

I'm always interested and look forward to it, maybe UM will get lucky this year. I expect the rivalry to ramp up a notch or two in a couple years.

I have a ton of respect for OSU, and, of course, Michigan. Not so much an Urban Meyer fan, only because of the weirdness and scandals he left with the Florida program. I hope the same process is not in play at OSU. Harbaugh is an A' personality, and I ithink this could get back to the old Bo/Woody days, which IMO, were amongst the best in college football. I think Michigan will be better, no doubt, but I think they will need a couple of years, but when they get there, oh man, look out.

Events like the FSU incidents make the big headlines, but there is still a lot of good going on out there in college sports that gets very little press.  For example, today, PSU's chapter of Uplifting Athletes had their annual Lift for Life.  I have not seen final numbers yet, but the PSU event likely raised in excess of $100k.  Maryland had theirs earlier this week.  I love this organization as it is founded and run by the student athletes (specifically some members of the PSU football team).  For more info: https://mobile.twitter.com/UpliftingAth/  
Update: PSU raised over $119k at their event today.

I absolutely know there are great kids doing great things. Franklin, is a man that has always expected great things from his players. He got into some issues with a few of his players at Vandy and I have not heard how that turned out.
I am hoping all is cool.
