Nice looking St Loos - Enjoy the day! One of the first posts I'd seen calling the 4th a birthday, Canucks always say Happy Birthday Canada on the 1st, just never heard Idependence day called a BD - i like it.

@theyolksonyou Your food looks great..Question what are those white asparagus like? I see them at the store but have never tried..

@johnmitchell this was the first time we had them. They tasted like asparagus, but less potent. I actually liked it better.

what did you put on the pineapple?

@Legume the pineapple had Its My Rub Power Blend then for the last few minutes a glaze of Thai sweet chili, honey and bourbon, didn't measure anything. Not my best work. It was ok.
