First Pork Shoulder on my LBGE

Completed my first pork shoulder and was VERY pleased with the outcome. Took about 8 hours for the 5.5 pounder at 275*-300* dome temp. Just put a homemade rub on it and let the egg do its work!

They come off the Egg perfect !!! I've never had a bad one yet !!
Butts are very forgiving...I guess that's why mine turn out so good !!!
