Mrs3969 wanted a Filet & I had a ribeye. Reverse seared in the CI with butter

Sprouts were cooked 500 raised direct for 15 or mins then into a bowl with fish sauce and Thai chili sauce. And back on the egg for about 12 mins or so

And plated up

The sprouts stole the show.  Very very good!!

Just finished sprouts in the CI with balsamic, butter and dried cranberries. Need to try yours, that sounds great!

Brother 3969, you almost lost me at salad and brussel sprouts. However the steaks quickly brought me back around. Great looking grub my friend.

@dmw - start them out with just EVOO till they just start to get tender or bright green then toss them in 2tsp of Fish Sauce or Soy and 3 tbsp of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.  Good stuff!!

That what I like about this forum. You get so many ideas on so many different things. I love the way you cooked the Brussels sprouts. Looking forward to trying them this way. Thanks...
