Fathers Day Ribs and Wings

So today my in-laws came over for some Fathers Day food. Single rack of ribs ran almost 6 hrs @ 230. Small egg loaded down with some dry rub wings (swamp venom/ Jamaican firewalk). served with cron chip salad and some fresh fruit. all in all pretty good day.

@RiverDoc   you sure are getting the most out of the small.  I'm OCD about everything not touching - obviously it doesn't matter.  Your wings look great.

@blasting I usually keep all the wings from touching but I screwed up and put the ribs on the large( it settled down at 230° and I was not gonna mess with that) so later I threw the wings on the small. I was very nervous because they were touching. Because I had 2 levels I felt I should rotate wings from top to bottom... Not sure if this makes a difference. But surprisingly they came out crispy and even. I feel better now knowing I can put more wings on than normal if I have to
