So first of all I have to apologize.  A while back I posted that I didn't think the CI grill was worth getting.  However last night we pulled it out for a couple steaks, and well, I don't know about you but it's about the taste AND the experience.  Grill marks for the win.  Little Worcestershire sauce and some Tone's Steak Dust.  All good.

Ahhhh sookie sookie now.  Looking good!  I have been thinking about getting the CI grid for my small for this very reason.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

  • You had me with the title, also. However, since my wife likes smaller hunks of meat, I'm in the process of heating the LBGE to cook some ribeye steaks!!  =)
