I don't know what it is and this description sure didn't help! I thought it was funny. Pretty sure it's chicken.

And I thought my local meat markets played free-n-loose with names. That is so wrong ... on so many levels. At least they were honest about the "Previously Frozen" part. What's the address for the Guinness Record book folks ... it's a shoe-in for placing.

I think the bone is what confuses me - Serious Eats describes pork brisket as a 'substantial part of a boned out picnic ham' - which makes me think a bone would be odd.

It does make you wonder though...why is there only chicken breast? Other animals have boobs too right??Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

One time Bi-Lo had "thick beef" on sale for $2.99 a pound. It was fillet mignon. I scooped that up fast. I really only shop at publix now and they are normally pretty accurate.1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC
