Shrimp on the Egg

wife wanted shrimp, so she thawed some and peeled and deveined them. She marinated them in SOMETHING, I have no clue. I just lit the egg and took jaden to ball practice. Got home, adjusted temp, and threw on what she had made up. Had 4 skewers and rest were in a bowl. I just threw on a cast iron skillet with some oil and cooked those. I ate mine on buttered toast. Everybody else ate tacos. Pretty good stuff. My honey did well.

I just ate left over BBQ chicken pulled from last night's cook on cheap buns, thought I was full, until I saw this. I am hungry again. Beautiful cook."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

My beautiful wife gets the credit. I did nothing other than light the grill and throw them on. Wish I would have gotten plated pics. Their tacos were awesome. My sandwich looked like french bread dipped in bbq shrimp sauce. Yum.

I'll try to find out. She let them marinate about an hour. I'll find the recipe. I'm sure she got it from somewhere. She doesnt cook like I do where I just make it up as I go along.

Shrimp season opened in the Gulf yesterday. I have a fresh #20lb bag coming in right now. A good friend of mine bought a shrimp boat this past year so I'll be eating on day old shrimp or still kicking shrimp from now on.XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum

one easy way to handle small stuff like shrimp is with two grids. When needing to flip, place second grid on top and flip entire batch at once. Grid on top is now the new grid on the bottom and food is flipped. t
