Trying to get a handle on the mm temp control. Last night I started with all big pieces of used lump from the large. No Bueno. Couldn't get hot. Tonight added some fresh RW with various sizes.  It started to rain HARD, right before I started so I moved to the edge of the garage. AWESOME!  Cook is a simple pork tenderloin @ 350 indirect till IT of 150 with Its My Rub Power Blend from @EggObsessed and @NoJokeSmoke that stuff rocks!  I had a much easier time tonight, but overshot and had to choke it back down. I'm catching up with the learning curve.

you'll see my helper is excited about the egg on the ground.

Pics as vanilla decides.
