Brother the grub looks great. Question, how do you like the oyster beds? What I have read about them is that they are suppose to mimic chargrilled oysters without using the shell. How do they compare in your opinion? My wife has actually been wanting to order them but I was skeptical. Your input is much appreciated.

Just Wow!  LA oysters I'm guessing. Did you harvest these or pick them up at a local market?  Flavor profile?

@sgh that was my first cook and it was good. I put too much goop on each so it didn't drain as much as full up but we will see I'm curious of how easy they clean. Got them soaking from crusty cheese. As of now I'm perfectly happy with purchase. The larges don't quite fit on lbge but it works. Dual pizza stones and salt blocks to make it almost level with gasket and lid almost closes. I didn't want the smells because 6 oysters would go like light speed at my house. More cooks will cement the answer but after one I'm ok

@NPHuskerFL I bought them right off the boat in grand isle after fishing. Good and salty, those were a recipe I learned and I added too much sauce to each one, wast first time cooking. It was good just not pretty.
