Smoked these chicken quarters at 300 for a few hours. Till 180. They were good. Make smoked chicken salad out of the leftovers. Added cheese, mayo, bacon (from the butt I cured) and cut some grilled corn off the cob and threw that in there too! It's awesome, no pics.
