My incredibly boring and mediocre non-egg cook

Reverse seared turkey thighs on the Vault. Severed with green beans and scalloped potatoes. Apple for smoke!

I'm pretty sure I've seen these pics on Raichlen's site, but I think he grilled the turkey in a wheelbarrow with a pile of leaves.

I don't really know, I've only checked it out once or twice. He had an article about cooking steaks on shovels - standing around a fire with a bunch of new shovels and how that was South American or something. Seemed contrived to me.

The only thing I see wrong with it, is that you smeared the sauce on the plate..I'm a fan of a separate sauce bucket...;-)
