@SGH Scottie would I need to use the jet net device when installing the jet net on the chicken or tenderloins?
No sir. The device is handy if you were doing very large quantiles of them, like in a supermarket or restaraunt. I don't even own one. I do everything by hand. Doesn't take but a minute. It's takes about 45 seconds to net a chicken or tenderloin by hand.

Your stuffing looks terrific.  You can't go wrong with a combination of fowl, rice, seafood and pork fat.  Got the recipe bookmarked.  Sounds like a great stuffing for chile relleno.

Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Looks good scottie!  You know us hippies like to use that jet net to keep our dirty hippie hair next to our scalps.  Oh yeah, they call that a hair net.

Yeah, I was out in the shop (and phone in the house) drilling and tapping set screws into a go-cart gear sprocket.  Don't ask.  Favor for a friend.  Feel free to give me a call, I'll be up for a while.
