Bacon Wrapped Smoked Oysters with TnJed
My first post is going to be my Bacon Wrapped Smoked Oysters.
Wrap oysters in bacon, and throw a rub on.
225 for 1 hour and 45 mins.

Brother, your first post has both my respect and full attention. In case that it's unknown to you, bacon and oysters are two of my all time favorites. Those look absolutley fantastic my friend. I especially applaud the use of bacon.

Looks good! One variation on this (I'm in oyster country) is you can par cook the bacon to give it a head start (if you do this in water, it also reduces the salt) and make the "top" of the wrapped oyster where gravity will hold down the seam. The toothpicks can drain the juice out of the oyster, although how they're cooked is personal preference.
Is that a 458? Nice!
