Burnt Ends Redemption

Well the brisket wasn't good, but I chopped up the leftover brisket and tried burnt ends for the first time. Mixed with a BBQ sauce from the last exchange (Uncle Bobs) and cooked another 45 min-- uncovered at first and then covered -- and it turned out moist, flavorful and tender. Spicy too. It seemed to almost braise in the sauce.
