SGH said:@tarheelmatt- I have a griddle real similar to yours. Not sure of the brand but I have had it for years. I use it on a propane burner to blacken fish. It works wonders for this if you like blackened fish.------------------------------

@tarheelmatt- Brother Tar, normally I'm not one to hijack on a thread. But that said, I keep thinking about you only eating the one burger. This concerns me as a fellow heavy weight. Below is tonights supper. I post it here as a inspiration and reminder as to how heavyweights should eat. For the record, I did not cook this due to weather. I ran up to McElroys. Nonetheless, I ate every bite as proper.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Outstanding! I like the idea of going grilled then griddled.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The flavor of those burgers were great. The fat rendered some then finished on the griddle with the bacon grease and onion. Like infused bacon grease. Lol.------------------------------
