Lamb Chops and Smothered Portabellos.

Just some quick seared lamb chops coated with salt, pepper and cayenne. Grilled direct over the last of my OO. Pulled at 110 internal temp. The shroons have a 50/50 mix of ground blue crab meat and trimmings from a couple of chuck eye steaks then smothered with cheese. Nothing special but it's pretty good. Have a great weekend fellows!!

It's actually all a prelude to what is coming out of unit #1 around 2:00am. A appetizer or hold me over if you will until the main course.
