i egged some chicken breasts last Sunday for use throughout the week. We had one left so I used it on a sandwich. I toasted a bun in the oven, fried up some bacon and reheated the chicken in the bacon grease, sliced in half. I added some ghost chile powder for some bite, topped it with provolone and some Dijon mustard for some tangy to cut through the richness. Stone 4/20 on the side.
