Bond. James Bond Martini shaken not stirred.
My favorite James Bond would have to be Sean Connery followed by Roger Moore.
Villains...Jaws by Richard Kiel, Oddjob by Harold Sakata, Ernst Stavro Blofeld by Donald Pleasence, Aeric Goldfinger by Gert Fröbe, Dr. No by Joseph Wiseman and just because I like him in about every role he plays... Max Zorin by Christopher Walken.
And Then we have The Girls of Bond (bubba bubba).

To me, Roger Moore just seemed to have a true swagger about him that fit the character.

Daniel Craig's version of Bond could beat the sh!t out of the previous bonds. I like the last three - they've modernized it. There's more verisimilitude, fewer clichés and Eva Green.

@nolaeggheadModernized yes I agree. Maybe I just enjoy the old for nostalgic purposes. That said I would like to see Jason Statham as James Bond.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

I do like the old Bonds. The Austin Powers spoofs kinds ruined it for me, I see them as campy. But yes, for nostalgic reasons....I grew up eagerly waiting for the next release.

Connery followed VERY closely by Craig. Roger Moore was the worst (yes even over Lazenby). That wide eyed stare whenever he wanted to look shocked ruined it for me. 70s schlock acting at its worst. Way too campy for Bond.
The most ruthless special agent in the world should NEVER look like this:
-
Read the books before seeing the movies, Mom and Dad were big Fleming fans. Connery, hands down.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
-
On her majesty's secret service was the best book hands down. Casino Royal was fantastic as well.
-
Idris Elba might be the next one..."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike
-
He'd make a great James bond, but unfortunately it will never happen. He was amazing in Luther, and the jump from rogue bad ass cop to James Bond would be simple enough and amazing to watch.

Connery. Not where the debate begins, but where it ends. It's a 302 thing . . .
-
Connery. Christopher Walken is my favorite villain. Pu$$y Galore is my favorite character name followed by Oddjob. Edit: The censor did not like Ms. Galore's first name.Flint, Michigan

Connery was the best for old school Bond. He got out at the right time. The first couple with Roger Moore were good, then they got goofy and a little out there (e.g. Moonraker). Dalton, no thanks. GoldenEye was good, but then the next three with Bronson were horrible--Die Another Day trying to be like the Matrix. I like the Craig ones, but I can't really compare them to the old school Bond movie as their not even in the same realm. In any case, if Bond is on, I'm watching it!

I'm guessing that may be due to the fact my first experience with 007 was with Roger Moore. It wasn't until later I saw some of the older Sean Connery films.
And for me, the newer cast of 007's just lack the air of British Upper Class that Roger & Sean had.

Daniel Craig hands down. Sean a close second. Roger Moore was too smarmy. Others were weak.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.
