Finally thawing out from a lot of snow, threw on a simple chicken rubbed with tsunami spin

Nice we had one this week as well. Anything you would use Old Bay on seems to like Tsunami Spin.

I agree it's pretty subtle, but works well for the wifey and little man.

Looks good to me. Just have to go heavy for any heat.

Looks great, also try Raging River on chickens.
Don't be afraid to use a heavy hand with DP rubs, and you can also add a bit of salt. Get it under the skin as well if you didn't.

Looks like you are headed for some good eatin.  Tsunami Spin is also really good on pork chops and like @dmw said you can go heavy and not hurt a thing if you wish.
