in Pork
Wasn't planning to post, but it turned out to be a nice colorful plate.
Pork tenderloin @350 indirect pulled at 138 IT. Topped with balsamic apricot sauce. Cooked red and yellow new potatoes and baby Bella shrooms in the drip pan. Brussels with bacon and dried cherries and cranberries up top.
Started pouring rain halfway through when I was putting shroom and sprouts on. Always fun.

@Walt2015 mostly because all I did was cut up some veggies and throw it on. It's good, but seemed routine until I saw all the colors together and I thought it made a nice dish.
@grege345 so easy. I didn't measure anything. Big heaping tablespoon of butter melted. Add about half a jar of apricot jelly and melt. A few good glugs of balsamic and stir. Add/subtract to taste. I've done it a couple times now with no recipe and I'm thinking may start tinkering with a little heat in there. Try it, it's really good. Make it better then share it with me! -

Awesome! Love the idea of some cranberries with the sprouts.
A pinch of cayenne might be a good way to add a little heat to that kind of sauce. I'm going to have to do that one soon, thanks for the idea!Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle -

That looks awesome- love all the colors. The glaze sounds really good. That's my favorite way to cook...just mix stuff together. Measuring makes it feel like work.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Looks great, excellent example of multiple level cooking in the egg!

Outstanding cook and a crowd pleasure for sure! So did everything go on at the same time?LBGE 2015 - Atlanta

@MelSharples potatoes and tenderloin went on at the same time. About 30 min in, I added shrooms in the pan and put the sprouts on top. They went 30 min. Sprouts were still crispy and I could have let them go longer or higher temp.
Thanks. -
