Well I have watching from the sideline for a few months and trying to learn from this talented group. Your sharing of info is first class. Now I am hooked!! I am a believer! Here is my first low and slow butts... Bad Byron for Rub and cooked at 235 grid level for 16 hours. The family loved it. I look forward to trying more things.
