Bridget joined us from her professional meeting in the quarter at Harahs, and we actually walked away with about $300 more than we walked in with.  Blackjack.  Brent advised us, as unintuitively as it was, but his odds were sound.

@Focker had the same luck last week with one of his gems, I believe. Prolly still tasted good, just a bit messy.

Not surprising it took longer than the normal time frame with you. Way to go Bitterman.

Decided it's time to try out the prosciutto

Invited my neighbor over to help test, as he's of Italian heritage, I value his opinion on such matters. Also, he's been a bit stressed lately and I've got some decent beers in the fridge and bourbon on the bar.
Awesome of you to do that.  Looks like fun.
Work has been bloody hell, like break out the silver nitrate sticks bloody hell.  This would be perfect, good prosciutto takes me to a happy place.

Making brinner waffles and fixins with the boys, going to Thor, will have to do.

They are fostering an infant. Turns out the little guy was born to a smoker. Nicotine withdrawal for an infant is brutal. My neighbor has been running on very little sleep, he needed a couple hours away from the house. I bottle aged some Mad Elf from last year, that was pretty good. Bulleit was nice as well.

Again, awesome to give him a little respite care.  I'm sure it was a nice break.

We are gluttons for punishment.  When you are in the trenches of all that, it can get rough.  If any of you know foster parents - give them a hand.  Some days are great, some days are terrible.  The smallest amount of time can help.

As a foster parent, I thank you.  That is awesome.  We have had some really tough cases.  We are not currently fostering as we adopted 2 that we had.  Some days are absolutely brutal.  I have tons of stories.  We ranged from twin 6 month olds to 17 year old teen moms with their babies.

That's impressive.  Being the sole parent of a special needs kid myself, I'm not sure I'd be able to do it for a kid that wasn't my own.

You and Mrs. @kl8ton deserve any and all good that comes your way.
