Thanks. Made the decision rather than unload all that crap to call a service. 2 hr delay, inconclusive as to why it's flat, but on the road.Ozzie_Isaac said:Sorry Jason! Not how you want to start things. -
Well it took a while, but the view was worth the climb.

Just fired up the Triple Nickel (my XL). Wifey is having her friends over before they go out.

Just cracked open a new Belgium. Made some progress on the kitchen today but the fridge cabinet looks silly with the 42" wall cabinets. Ordered some 6" fillers and gonna drop the cabinet 6" and frame it in on the top to match the height of the other cabinets. Tomorrow I have to cut the water and sewer lines to get the sink cabinet in and learn how to rebuild them. Should have everything but the island in tomorrow.

workin 10 more days until I get to fire up BGE @nolaegghead I'm about two miles north of Huey P. Long bridge

Amen brother, never have to worry about nothing to do. I was going to have it fixed, but it is a 14.00 seal, and they wanted 500.00. FTS. 3 hour job tops, if you get into the bourbon along the way.DoubleEgger said:
I am a chemical engineer. I have 60 projects going on globally. Some of the projects are as cool as it gets, most are mundane. Last big project that had "really boring" tattooed all over it, was developing a color for a Hoover. Eggplant. Woo freaking hoo."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

@YukonRon. I had to replace that seal on the wife's Mustang before we sold it. It was always something with that car.

@DoubleEgger I know. I don't know why I keep getting Fords. Every time I do I swear I'll never do it again. Yet here I am. I never buy a new car. I buy old ones and keep them going. Love having no car payment. Keeps me in BGE money!!!!!

My 2006 Tundra with 217,000 miles still has the original belts and I've only replaced the brakes twice. Never had the need to research repairs...

I joke .. my 99 F150 w/120K miles needed multiple coil-on-plugs, rear diff clutch pak, door lock actuators, heater core, window motors, rear window seal, starter motor, 4x4 actuator, vacuum lines, pcv valve, radiator lines, belts, I'm sure I'm missing something.YukonRon said:

Yeah, I dumped some money into a stereo, upgraded the alternator, to 120a, and replaced both manifolds. God only knows what else. Next week it will be something different.Ozzie_Isaac said:
