So glad the Nats won.  Wish Clevand had too.

Just learned Apple cancelled their $49 wired keyboard.  Comparable wireless from Apple is $139.  Thanks again Tim.
So you're one of the guys that bought the wired keyboard. I think that brought total sales up to 15 of those last year.

Leaving Strasburg(sick) in to lead off, then strike out the side in the 7th(all on the wicked change) was ballsy.  For those that missed it...

Go third-party; I got rid of my wireless board as it ate batteries like crazy (oddly, the batts in the Magic Mouse seem to last forever, and its only two AAAs).

Daughter suffered a concussion in her soccer game last night.  No school for a week and done with soccer for the season.
Time to take the cleats from her and put a golf club in her hands!

@YEMTrey  sorry your daughter got hurt.  I hope she's able to somewhat enjoy her week off school while recovering.

Finished the analysis of the full scale proto, all was good @2:30 A. Developing schematics for application. Request for bids posted.

Slept late, got up at 8:00, fixed quiche and coffee for My Beautiful Wife and I.

Currently finishing up some of the applcations for the legal team.

I am going to beat the deadline like a BMF.

I am learning, it is vastly much more important, in what my life is about between the hours of 5PM and 9AM, than what I do between 9AM and 5PM.

I just need more quality time in the former, and at this point of my life, screw the 9 to 5.

Everytime one of these projects evolve, then gets handed to my team and I, early retirement looks much more inviting.

    It is time, strongly agree.

Take it from a person that has had several through the years, avoid them at all costs. Getting up in age with my history, I am beggining to see the effects which are becoming much more pronounced. (It probably explains much to everyone.  :) )

No doubt about it, you are doing the right thing. You are a wonderful father.

Hope her recovery goes well, and she flourishes on the golf courses with you.

@YEMTrey -  sorry to hear of the concussion.  Healthy recovery protocol right there.
Regarding the conversion, I know you are aware that if she doesn't want to make the transition then it won't work in the long-term.  But best of luck with your plan.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Thanks for the kind words and best wishes for my daughter.  She’s an amazing and strong young woman.

Soccer has been her passion, but she’s always shown an interest in golf.  But she plays soccer year round and there was no time to take golf seriously.  I don’t know if she’ll give up soccer entirely.  Just like her old man, I didn’t give up playing until I was 42 and I was too sore and had swollen knee’s after every game.

I’m pretty sure she’ll take to golf as she has the same mental build that I have.  It truly is a game played against yourself in the six inches between your ears.  She would embrace that and thrive.  And it’s truly a lifetime sport that you can continue to enjoy later in life.

Then, on the other hand, I don’t want to make her too attractive to suitors.  A beautiful young woman who plays golf may bring me too much trouble, lol!   I just want her to be healthy and happy, she’ll be able to take care of herself.
