Removing and cleaning an EGR, there was some sh!t in it, I have no idea how it got there, or where it came from.  Taco is again purring like a kitten, code free, after a test ride.
Scared the sh!t out of my dad after I checked the rearview, and busted a screeching hard Uee on I-88 approaching Joslin.  Said he almost spit out his new dentures, some good laughs on the way back home.
The taco handled it well.  The joys of driving in BFE with a beater.

Got into our rental today. NEVER NEVER EVER will we EVER rent another house. Today was demo day. Tonight we're burning our clothes from today.

And I forgot my egg.  Someone want to bring us some food????

Man brother I feel for you.
Heard many horrible stories, and some tears, from folks who got hosed while working in the lumber dept through college.  Truly sad.  People just don't care anymore.  Good luck, hope there are no hidden surprises.

@Jeremiah -  Dang.  I am sure you figured you would not be pleased going in  but it sounds like it was way worse than anticipated.  The deposit won't get close to covering the damages I would guess, and even if it did, what makes people think they can just trash someone else's property is well beyond me.
In the grand scheme of life I was lucky with renters but walked away some 15+ years ago.  (Different times and attitudes.)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Just talking about this at the barber shop a couple days ago. Used to be that people would cut off their arm before they would break their word or dishonor their name. Now, they brag about being a loser! I don't get it. There needs to be way more peer oversight and public shaming. Imo. Good luck man.

Yeah. Thanks y'all. Today sucked. What we thought would be a financial investment has turned into a lesson in life I guess. On the positive, I'm currently drinking beer in my camper. Just got done burning our clothes from today.  Good times.  :o
