Waiting for carry out to be ready and confirming that our pet sitter will be available for the wife, kid, and I to take a few quick weekend trips this fall.

Finally got a break in the rain so I got the front yard cut and pulled (a bunch) weeds in the garden beds.  Supposed to rain the next couple of days so wanted to get it done tonight.

Thanks Brent. One of my employees brought me a bag of fresh basil today, so I figured we'd use it. I guess I'll freeze the rest of the basil?

Make pesto, ice cream,  capresa salad, or make a nice batch of spaghetti sauce to freeze.

My own doing.  I felt bad about telling the guy he must not have been cooking SRF.  Then he schooled me, rightly so.  I put myself in time out.

Absolutely freeze the rest!  After washed and dried, lay it out on Saran Wrap and roll it up.  That provides meal sized doses.  Put the rolled up basil in a freezer Baggie and throw it in the freezer.  Then you have it all winter.

My fantasy football draft wrapped up around 10pm last night. Nothing like changing up and dropping players already at 4am 6 something hours after the draft. I hate you fantasy football!

That's a terrible idea that takes up way too much space in the freezer  . Roll it in Saran Wrap, much easier and space efficient.  Matt's only good with a camera
