Took a trip out to Cones Meat Market today in Ridge Spring, SC. Came back with a 22.5 lb pork shoulder, 5 whole chickens, a chuck roast, some pork chops, 5 lbs of ground beef, some bulk sausage, 4 packs of chicken legs, 2 packs of chicken quarters, Cone's Hash, Cone's Cheese and Stone Ground Grits. Only $130 for all that. Love that place and most everything there is local.

About to put steaks on for the inaugural cook on the MM. Grilled peaches to follow. So far I'm impressed on how quickly that little bugger came up to temp. 650 in no time.Jefferson, GA

@Eggcelsior I did the same thing. Bought one for my wife, she didn't want it so I kept it. Now I'm so well hydrated my kidneys hurt.

Got up ungodly early and went fishing. Caught reds, trout (too small), catfish (throw 'em back), black drum and skate.
I'm exhausted. Drinking after fishing is the best.

93% hydration 1000g. Extended autolyse & cold ferment in the banneton. This is the highest hydration I've done. The dough was fairly sticky but, workable to stretch and form the loaf.
