Brisket is off and cooling. Separated the point and flat. Snacked some.


The habs dried out great while smoking.


I crushed them down with a pestle and will serve on the side for those that want a little extra kick in their chili.

@VANcouverEGG should have arrived in NOLA by now.   I'm hooking him up with some tickets to M.O.M.s ball.  Very difficult to get these tickets, you have to know someone.  I hope he and his gf don't have an aversion to wasted naked people.

Really like it. Just put like 4 spoonfuls into some frozen broccoli to cook it down to chop up into turkey burgers. Really strong buttery flavor.
