    Emergency surgery for the Blackstone with it's bum front legs. All better now with a threaded rod keeping things straight and squared. (Blackstone had a nasty lean to it prior. Not Blackstones fault as it was my lack of properly transporting it in the back of my truck when traveling with it)

    Went by Sprouts farmers market on the way home and they had baby back labeled St. Louis style and the St. Louis style we’re on sale for $1.99 lb. Got 5 racks all between $5 and $8.

    Rib Cousins here today. 

    My brother @JRWhitee gifted me some reasturant depot ribs back in February.  First I had cooked these. Awesome ribs....and one was all I could do....serious meat right there. Pups are gonna be happy too.

    Stole @caliking Tasso and sprouts and added dried cherries for a tart/sweet note.  Good stuff.  No pics cause it was like 8:45 before my nearly drunk a$$ got it on the table.
