Read an article about using fresh ground coffee as a steak rub.

Here is my take on this rub: 1 T fresh grind our coffee from a local roasting house along with the other spices

The board sauce started out as a pepper sauce (made red bell pepper, onions, Anaheim pepper, garlic and tomatoes) but, the green beans looked like a good fit and they joined the sauce.

Sliced...The freshly ground coffee really works with the steak. This cook is a keeper, and the veggies really complimented the steak
