Bought a couple of rib steaks for tonight. Do you she'll notice the size difference. Plan to do a reverse sear on mine. For Mrs. Tinyfish l'll cook hers when I reverse sear mine. I may do a grouper steak also.
For dessert going to try @Tjcoley apple pie baked in an apple. Tjcoley if you read this any tips for success.

lol - so true.  

that would explain the parking problems.  We men have completely messed up their judgment of distance.  They are thinking they have 6 feet when they really only have 4, etc.

@SmokeyPitt Its about 2" thick the one on the left. The one on the right is 1" thick.

@Tinyfish - sprinkle the top of the crust with some cinnamon sugar, and serve with some vanilla ice cream.

Tj - for topping use whipped cream from the syphon, instead of vanilla in the whipper try a shot or two of Fireball. Brings the pie to life.
