We do Chinese food very often, however it is done in the house and makes the house smell terribly.  So, seeing all these other posts about wok-ing on the Egg, I thought I would give it a try.  Order up a Spider from Tom on Tuesday, it is here on Friday!  Shout out to @tvj!   Great service there.

Local place had chicken tenders on sale so I go some of those for my dish.  About 1.8lbs of chicken.

Chicken dish consisted of chicken, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, and celery.  Sauce consisted of soy sauce, orange juice, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, oyster sauce, hoysin sauce, chile sauce, black pepper, and brown sugar.  Brought that to a boil and then to a simmer for about 5 min, then set to the side.

Fried rice consisted of the same veggies above, egg, and soy sauce.

Overall it was a pretty dang good meal if I say so myself.  Wife loved it and I took some to my Mom and she loved it too.

Now for the picture goodness.....

The setup (mostly)
