Smoked White Chicken Chile done in a 7 qt. Lodge DO on the Egg yesterday

Wings - raised direct, fridge dried with Swamp Venom and dusted with flour 

3 Bean Baked Beans -  cooking on the Egg later today with my new virgin 12" CI Lodge skillet

Boston Butt - in the fridge now with hearty coating of Dizzy Dust. Will fire up the Egg at 5:30AM tomorrow morning for a low and slow.

Homemade North Carolina Slaw

I have a ham bone with lots of ham attached and soaking 15 beans for my soup for tomorrow. Can't wait for the big game. Go Bucks!

Well, we kicked the crap outta ole miss,too, so obviously they weren't very good to begin with. I did enjoy crushing the horns monday night though. We needed that win.

I'm Crimson through and through my friend. I actually like most SEC teams but the Tide has my loyalty.
