Okay, I don't think the BGE press is for everyday burger consumption. This is the biggest burger I've ever eaten. Even @SGH would have a tough time with this thing. The only way I could eat it all was because it was so tasty. Very difficult to flip and a burger this thick takes some time to cook. I had a blowout during the cook so I lost some cheese. Other than that, really good
Another new for me is that I used some Carolina Seasoning Mix that @tarheelmatt gave me. Good stuff. Here's the pics. Hope my doctor doesn't see these.

I've seen @SGH eat a dozen burgers twice this size as an appetizer. He either has a a few hundred tape worms or a small black hole in his digestive tract.
Looks good, I have a mold that makes juicy lucys damn near perfectly. Takes some finesse to make a seal and get it nice and purdy, but it's worth it.
Good job there.

Pepperoni. It'd probably be pretty good with some bell peppers, mushrooms, onions. I definitely need to figure out how to seal them off. Lost a lot of cheese.Steven
