Well, didn't have enough MCR Spatch Turkey left, which is what I planned on using.
My PS was sitting out in the rain and I was afraid to put it in a hot egg. So...I used my pizza stone to sit my CI Dutch Oven on.
Bought a rotisserie chicken and used some of it.
Yes...it's good !!!!

I used the Olive Garden Knock Off recipe.Used store bought Cucina Viva Tricolor Potato Gnocchi.Added a1/2 Jalapeno for a little spice.
