I was refinishing doors in the shop yesterday and needed a snack. I bought the stuff to do these a while back but kept forgetting about them.
Baby dill pickles hollowed out. I went full Redneck and used a screw gun and 5/8 bit. Stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and dusted with Loveless Cafe rub.
By the reaction of the family they were a huge success. A possible Salado cook.

I've done grilled pickles with cheese and bbq sauce before but I like the idea of power tools along with it. I will definitely try this wrapped in ham"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan
