Pozole
Well, I Egged the Meat and Onions at least !
Made a pork broth first- pig parts ginger peppercorn cooked for 4 hours strained chilled overnight removed fat cap
Cut Pork Tri Tip Browned in wok on Egg
Sautéed Onions on wok
Put in broth with Various chiles roasted garlic oregano lemon juice enchilada sauce golden hominy
Cook 4 more hours
Pig Parts
enjoy
Boiling
Strained Chilled Fat Cap Removed and back in pot
Onions , Pork Tri Tip and Roasted Garlic
On The Egg
Enjoy

I'm still not sure what the hell you made as I'm too lazy thus far to google it, but it's damned interesting for sure. That is definitely not native to north Georgia which means I must find out what it is and try it. That is a long list,but still....

You'd think with the high percentage of Mexicans in this area and the fact I've worked with them for 20 yrs I'd know something about it. I'm gonna ask around. Hispanics, not all Mexican, are the majority minority here.
