Well, I Egged the Meat and Onions at least ! Made a pork broth first- pig parts ginger peppercorn cooked for 4 hours strained chilled overnight removed fat cap Cut Pork Tri Tip Browned in wok on Egg Sautéed Onions on wok Put in broth with Various chiles roasted garlic oregano lemon juice enchilada sauce golden hominy Cook 4 more hours Pig Parts enjoyimage Boiling image Strained Chilled Fat Cap Removed and back in pot image Onions , Pork Tri Tip and Roasted Garlic imageimage On The Egg imageimage Enjoy image
