RW getting fired up.

One large potato thick sliced, one vidalia onion thick diced, two cloves of garlic minced, half cup shredded cheddar cheese, fresh mozzarella didn't measure, half stick unsalted butter, one full package of turkey bacon and 6 eggs.Sliced butter at the bottom of the CI pan, sprayed pan edges with canola, layered in potatoes, onions, garlic then bacon weave and cheese(s), then same layering process with bacon weave on top. Folded 6 eggs and poured over entire dish.

Baked at 400℉ for approx 1 hour.

Brrrr it's cold out.

Plated with some salsa.

@Jeremiah never done it. This was me not having anything thawed out and to tired to go up the road to the grocery store. Funny you should ask if I'll do it again (family asked same question). Sure why not.

@thetrim I picked up the cart at Sam's Club as they were about $25 less. Then I used a left over ceramic tile we had in the attic for under the nest (seems ok but, I may go to a thicker stone). Cart took about 5 minutes to assemble and it's sturdy.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

I have a decent amount of CI pans that I use on a regular basis. Some are newer & some are quite old that have been in our family for two generations. I use them all. This one fit the MM perfectly.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
