I have birthed a new egghead

I  have a good friend and great business associate who has done great work for me over the last year increasing my bottom line. I was so thankful I presented him with a large egg today. He deserved it. He is a big time outdoorsman and cook. he does very large cooks for Wounded warrior functions and cooks for disabled childrens hunts.

He will be on here very soon and will have much to offer.

That is a kind and thoughtful gesture on your part that your friend will long remember you for. I recall years ago of an egger who was in the liquor distribution biz and at last count he had awarded a dozen large eggs to his sales staff using them as incentives.

@SGH, you do just fine on that ol wore out broken down Weber kettle. Do you think you could use an BGE & still turn out the food that you do?

I saw the "pics or it didn't happen" post above.  It did in fact happen, but it took me a minute to get my table built.  Thanks again mslaw for the gift.  First fire was 2 days ago and first cook was last night.  So far, I am very impressed with it.
